Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes how you may and may not use the services of QCarder (owned by ASTROSIST Inc.) (“QCarder”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including our website, platform, applications, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy forms part of, and is incorporated into, our Terms of Service.
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- All users of the Services (individuals, teams, and organizations);
- Any content, data, links, or materials you create, upload, share, or distribute through QCarder (including virtual profiles, digital business cards, and connected links);
- Any access to or use of the Services via your account, whether by you or by anyone using your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. General Responsibilities
When using the Services, you agree that you will:
- Use QCarder only for lawful purposes and in a manner that is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Respect the rights, privacy, and security of other users and third parties;
- Provide information that is accurate and not misleading;
- Use the Services in a way that does not damage, disable, overburden, or impair our systems or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Services.
3. Prohibited Uses
You are not permitted to use, or encourage, promote, facilitate, instruct or induce others to use, the Services or the Website for any activities that violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation; for any other illegal or fraudulent purpose; or to transmit, store, display, distribute or otherwise make available content that is illegal, fraudulent or harmful to others (the “Prohibited Uses”).
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following are examples of Prohibited Uses when using the Services:
3.1 Unlawful or Infringing Activities
You may not:
- Seek, offer, promote, or endorse any services, content, or activities that are unlawful or infringe upon any applicable laws;
- Use the Services in any manner that infringes or misappropriates the intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity;
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person, company, or organization via your QCarder profile or digital card.
3.2 Fraudulent, Misleading, or Abusive Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services for any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading purpose, including misrepresenting who you are or what you offer;
- Use the Services for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose including, but not limited to, any purpose resulting in violations of laws, regulations, and orders governing consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, or false advertising;
- Make or demand bribes or other payments without the intention of providing services in exchange for the payment.
3.3 Harmful or Objectionable Content
You may not:
- Upload, share, or transmit content that is defamatory, libelous, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- Promote violence, threats, or harm against individuals or groups;
- Use QCarder to distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
3.4 Security and System Abuse
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, networks, or data;
- Attempt to or actually reverse engineer, modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, interfere with the operation of, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any part of the Website or Services, unless expressly permitted by applicable law or QCarder;
- Interfere with, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent any security, rate limiting, or access control mechanisms of the Services;
- Introduce software, automated agents, or scripts into the Services in order to create multiple accounts, generate automated searches, requests, or queries, or to strip or mine content or data from the Services.
3.5 Competitive or Exploitative Use
You may not:
- Access or use the Website or Services to build a similar or competing service or application, or to copy any ideas, features, functions, or graphics of QCarder;
- Use the Services to identify or solicit QCarder users for a competing product or service;
- Publish any performance or benchmark test or analysis related to the Website or Services without our prior written consent.
3.6 Misuse of Profiles, Digital Cards, and Contact Data
You may not:
- Use QCarder profiles or digital business cards to host or direct users to phishing, malicious, or unsafe destinations;
- Use contact details obtained through QCarder for unsolicited bulk communications, spam, or any form of harassment;
- Share, resell, or otherwise misuse Personal Data obtained from QCarder in violation of applicable privacy, marketing, or anti-spam laws.
4. Communications, Email, and Messaging
If you use QCarder in combination with email, SMS, chat, or other communication tools (your own or third-party tools connected to QCarder), you must:
- Have a valid legal basis (such as consent or legitimate interest) to contact individuals under applicable law;
- Comply with all applicable anti-spam and marketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, ePrivacy, and similar regulations);
- Provide clear identification of the sender and, where applicable, an unsubscribe or opt-out mechanism where the law requires it;
- Honour opt-outs and unsubscribe requests in a timely manner.
You may not use QCarder to facilitate communications that are deceptive, unlawful, or harassing.
5. Enforcement
QCarder reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether your use of the Services violates this Policy or our Terms of Service.
If we believe you have violated this Policy, we may take any action we consider appropriate, which may include, without limitation:
- Removing or restricting access to specific content;
- Temporarily suspending your access to the Services;
- Permanently terminating your account or your organization’s account;
- Blocking or limiting access from certain IP addresses or devices;
- Reporting suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities or cooperating with law enforcement;
- Seeking legal remedies where appropriate.
We may take such actions with or without prior notice, where permitted by law.
6. Reporting Misuse
If you become aware of any use of QCarder that appears to violate this Policy, please report it to us at:

Please include as much detail as possible (links, screenshots, description of the issue) so we can investigate.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the “Effective date” at the top of this page; and
- Where appropriate, we may provide additional notice (for example, via the Website or by email).
Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using QCarder.
